4Front Atlantic Conference

The 2013 4Front Atlantic Conference will bring together over 200 Atlantic Canadian business and academic thought leaders for the third installment of a critical undertaking to help Atlantic Canada businesses succeed in a changing global economy.

Building on the two previous conferences, the region’s top business leaders will be invited to take concrete actions to leverage our competitive advantage, develop new markets, and enhance the value of the products and services that Atlantic Canadian companies sell abroad. This critical undertaking is about proactively reshaping ourselves to expand our potential, or risk being reactively reshaped by global trends.

Since the last conference in May 2012, five working groups have been developing concrete ideas on how best to transform our economy. These ideas will be announced prior to the conference and an opportunity for feedback from Atlantic Canadians will be provided. This feedback will be gathered and incorporated into a white paper to be presented for further input from conference participants.

The 4Front Atlantic Conference, hosted by BMO Financial Group and McInnes Cooper, will feature world-renown speakers and opportunities for participants to commit to concrete actions and strategies to seize the best opportunities for Atlantic Canadians in this changing world order.
